In order to best protect your online banking the FFCU will be adopting 2 Step Verification for all online and mobile app logins in the coming weeks.  This will make use of both your current  password and of text messages to your device to authenicate you each time you login to your online or mobile app.  This is the best security available and is quickly becoming the standard in digital banking.  One big benefit is you will also be able to reset your own passwords if locked out when our branch is closed.  Watch for details in the coming weeks.

The Toll Free Number to report your MemberCard lost or stolen is 1-888-277-1043.  They will close your card and the branch staff will be happy to provide you a new one on the next business day.
