BRANCH HOURS FOR JUNE 23 TO 27 - POST EVACUATION
Flin Flon has announced they are removing their mandatory evacuation on Wednesday, June 25th at 9am. As we look to establish branch services this week, we will have the following hours available, due to staff limitations.
Monday and Tuesday - June 23 & 24 - 10am to 2pm - phone services only at 204-687-6620 and email requests to service@ffcu.ca for response throughout the day.
Wednesday - June 25 - 10am to 2pm - limited in branch cash services (with reduced branch occupancy) and phone and email services available.
Thursday - June 26 & 27 - regular hours 10am to 5pm - full services restored.
Thank you for your patience and please travel safely this week.

ATM SERVICES DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Our two ATMs were in the process of being upgraded when the mandatory evacuation was called on May 28, 2025. We are working hard to get the four vendors back to our community but we could be without ATM services for the coming weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and would encourage members to use the mobile cheque deposit available on the FFCU mobile banking apps for after hours deposits. Please feel free to use the other financial institution bank machines for cash withdrawals during this period and we will look at reimbursing their fees to your account once our machines are restored (upon member request). Thank you for your continued patience.

EVERY CREDIT UNION ATM IS A FFCU ATM
During this evacuation we want to remind our members that you can withdraw cash or deposit cash or cheques at any Credit Union ATM across the country, wherever you have found safety. It will be deposited directly into your FFCU account with no additional fee or surcharge. The Canadian Credit Union system works together to provide one of the largest ATM networks in the country, so please feel free to deposit or withdrawal - DING FREE!

PHONE NUMBER FOR LOST/STOLEN MEMBERCARDS
The Toll Free Number to report your MemberCard lost or stolen is 1-888-277-1043. They will close your card and the branch staff will be happy to provide you a new one on the next business day.
