We have been happy to see our members again since reopening June 25th.  We would like to inform you that we will be open regular hours on Monday, June 30th and then closed Tuesday, July 1st, in honour of Canada Day.  Open again, regular hours on Wednesday.  Although some celebrations are sure to be subdued this year, we wish you all a happy and safe holiday!

Our two ATMs were in the process of being upgraded when the mandatory evacuation was called on May 28, 2025.  We are working hard to get the four vendors back to our community but we could be without ATM services for the coming weeks.  We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and would encourage members to use the mobile cheque deposit available on the FFCU mobile banking apps for after hours deposits.  Please feel free to use the other financial institution bank machines for cash withdrawals during this period and we will look at reimbursing their fees to your account once our machines are restored (upon member request).  Thank you for your continued patience.

During this evacuation we want to remind our members that you can withdraw cash or deposit cash or cheques at any Credit Union ATM across the country, wherever you have found safety.  It will be deposited directly into your FFCU account with no additional fee or surcharge.  The Canadian Credit Union system works together to provide one of the largest ATM networks in the country, so please feel free to deposit or withdrawal - DING FREE!

The Toll Free Number to report your MemberCard lost or stolen is 1-888-277-1043.  They will close your card and the branch staff will be happy to provide you a new one on the next business day.
